1630 Ton, 7" Innocenti Aluminium Extrusion Press

Scope of Supply

One 7”- 16,3 MN Aluminium extrusion press, produced By Innocenti in 1968.

- Refurbished in 1993, with new piping, thank capacity 5 cubic meter oil located above the  
press with most pumps placed on top of oil tank, pumps REXROTH, two main pumps 500 lt /min -280 bar, 1 auxiliary pump 140 bar, 1 container sealing pump 300 bar.
- New die changer OMAV in 1991.
- New mobile plate.
- New floating shear INSE in 1994, cylinder diam.180mm, 210 bar F= 530 kN
- New main cylinder BREDA DANIELI diameter 965 mm in 1995.
- New columns Milenko mekaniska in 2009. (3 columns)
- Container housing guided top and bottom by Milenko mekaniska in 2005 .

- Maximum billet length 830 mm.
- Billet diameter 7” (container Ø 183 mm)
- Double billet loader with two hydraulic cylinders remedied, in 1993.

- Two side cylinder lateral mobile plate, diam. 230 mm F= 1740 kN
- Two site cylinder container housing, diam. 230 mm. F= 1500 kN
- The container has temperature control with electrical heating.
- Tool stack Ø 355 x H 355 mm?? 2 pieces

- Press control PLCs mainly from SIEMENS –S5

Billet handling, Furnace and shear.
- Produced by ICOM, Brescia
- Automatic log table, Capacity ca twenty billets with 178 mm billet.
- Billet gas furnace, 3 zones temperature, Nominal t° = 450°C, Max t° 500°C, 380000kcal/h
- Capacity 2800 kg/h., Hot log shear 55 cuts/h.
- Minimum length 300 mm. maximum length 830 mm

Profile handling, puller, stretcher and saw.

Profile handling produced by TURLA.- Brescia,  In 1987
- Table KEVLAR covering. Walking beam. Fans air cooling profiles. Dimensions table 50 m x 9500mm   h= 900 mm, Initial table 8 m.
- Single puller – Max speed in extrusion V= 100m/min, Speed return V= 280m/min, Opening size 180 mm x 400 mm, Pulling strength = 2000N
- Cooling table length 50 m, width 5500mm (Walking beam)
- Stretcher feeder by belts.
- Two man stretcher .Stretching force 30kN, opening size 180 mm x 350 mm. length 50m
- Buffer table after stretcher length 50 m, width 4000 mm (belts)
- Saw conveyor length 58m,   width 1m
- Saw table, manual handling
- Profile saw. Diameter saw 650 mm, Maximum saw width 1000 mm and height 150 mm. Maximum length profile 7250mm, Saw mounted underneath the table. Chip collector.

Spare parts:

Container: Two spare containers.
One cylinder container, shear, die changer, lateral cylinder. Loader billets. Different valves for the hydraulic system etc.

Excluded:
Extrusion dies and tooling.
Standard bolsters (186-136 x diameter 281 mm) could be available.

It is available for dismantling and removal per June 1st 2011
