Scope of Supply

• 1 x Rectifier 15.000 Ampere, 24 Volt, made by E.L.C.A. Ellettromeccanica Construzion.
• One new instrument panel for control of the rectifier.
• Metering pumps for various additives.
• Heating elements to heat alkaline degreasing.
• Heating elements to heat etching bathes.
• Gas burners for heating of the sealing bath (6 burners, each ~250 kW)
• 6 stainless steel crates for cleaning of spacers and various anodising equipment.
• There are 3 cranes, 2 separate / coordinated lifts with 1000 kg each, 2000 kg total, delivered over several years by Munck.

• 1 degreasing bath (alkaline with heating).
• 1 bath for strip etching, 2 bathes for etching, 1 rinsing bath with caustic (mini etch).
• 2 pickle bathes (mild sulphuric acid).
• 2 anodising bathes with anode/cathode (sulphuric acid). Natural anodising. The rectifier could be used with one bath at the time, or both simultaneously, depending on the jig profile area (max. ~100 m2)
• 2 chillers for the anodising bathes based on plate heat exchangers using sea water as cooling.
• 1 sealing bath in stainless steel, gas heated with heat exchanger for the water. The sealing bath can take 3 jigs at a time.
• In addition 6-8 various rinsing bathes in the line. These are of polyester and some would need change.
• PLC for temperature control of the bathes, also controlling the gas burners for the sealing bath.
• Manual control of the line.
• Maximum profile length is 8.1 m.

• Approx. 25 beams for jigging of profiles.
• Approx. 50 U-frames for jigging.
• Approx. 50 frames for dipping.

Running condition.
Available for dismantling and removal per July 1st 2011
