2500 Ton, 8" Aluminium Extrusion Press

Scope of Supply
Lindemann 3 column, 1970 horizontal press, 8" x 1150mm billet [stem shift] 2500t @ 310bar or 2000t @ 250bar.
The container is new 210mm x 960mm x1180mm with integral core heating.
The container housing is new.
The butt shear is a new heavy duty option with butt knocker.
The platen has a new pressure pad with ears for wide profiles.
The current arrangement is for right hand loading.
The specific pressure is 73kg/mm2 [2500t]
The press frame package has to be finished with column nuts, pre-fill fitted, container mantle, stem fitted and completed with hydraulic power pack, pipe work, drives, controls etc.
